These terms apply to the Arise Autism Center text messaging program ("Program") operated by Arise Autism Center, 930 Williston Park Pt, Lake Mary, FL 32746.
What you'll receive
When you opt in, Arise Autism Center may send text messages about your inquiry and your child's services, including intake follow-up, insurance benefits updates, scheduling, appointment reminders and service updates. We do not send marketing texts without your separate consent.
Opting in
You agree to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and consenting through our website, by phone, in writing or in person. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving services.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Text messages are not a secure way to share health information. Please do not send your child's diagnosis, medical records or other sensitive health details by text — call us instead. We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
